Happy (almost) Friday everyone! I had the busiest day ever today. I went from meeting to meeting and overall the day was hectic. It all started when I was meeting one of my clients at a radio station this morning.
Because it’s on a college campus, the building had no physical address (what!?) and I had to go by intersections which, for me, is a disaster waiting to happen.
So I use my GPS to get me to the main road it’s on and then I used it to get me to the cross street and I still couldn’t find it because the building wasn’t labeled. I eventually found it by calling my contact at the station, but boy was it an ordeal!
So as I get back to my office and get settled in, I realize I left my coat there. Great. So I had to drive back. Got lost 3 times. Gas light was on the entire time.
thank goodness I had this cute outfit on. At least something was going well!

So, I’m getting my hair done this weekend. I’m getting a trim to shape up my layers (yay for more frequent trims—did you ever think you’d see the day where that happened?!) but I also booked myself in for a partial color. Here’s the deal. I’ve got roots, but they aren’t terrible. But I almost want to keep growing them and just get a few highlights here and there (in the underneath layers) to brighten things up and take baby steps towards a more “ombre” look. I’m debating it. I think I’ll probably do it since I already have it booked.
Wishing everyone a wonderful evening!
xoxo,
Veronika.

Hahaha, oh the ordeals of driving around. I miss driving daily but sometimes it is nice to know that I walk to work and avoid that gas light. It was ALWAYS glaring at me when I was a daily driver!!! =) =)

Your outfit it so great, I really like your shoes! Would you be able to tell me the type of watch you have on, or just the brand? I am in the market for one and I would love to know!

PS. Why wasn't the campus building labelled, that is so weird lol! If that was the case at my University I would never get anywhere.

@anon— thanks 🙂 it's a Michael Kors watch!
the buildings had labels, but none of them had the radio station name and the building was further into the parking lots so I couldn't see it from afar even if it did have the name on it! grrr!

This is one of my favorite (colder weather) outfits of yours! Super cute!

I love that sweater, it looks so comfy!
And the getting lost – that's the story of my life. I have zero sense of direction and somehow still manage to go the wrong way even with a GPS. I'm pathetic. Haha

cute cardigan! Nothing is labeled very well here, if it is it makes no sense (numbers will skip around).

Sometimes GPS is just no good. I feel your pain. Looking forward to your updated locks 🙂

Driving around a college campus with no sense of direction can be really stressful. I was in Houston a few weeks ago interviewing at places in the Texas Medical Center and there were so much construction and one way streets, it was dizzying!
