A for effort? I’ve been doing outfit photos in my mirror for so long because it was quick and easy, but my goal is to get back to outdoor photos so they’re better quality and shot in better light. We somehow got it together this morning and Kevin threw the DSLR around his neck and held Harper on his hip as he snapped a few shots of my outfit. I think it literally took less than a minute because it was SO HOT outside (it got to 102 degrees on my drive home from work) so we just snapped 5 or so shots and then I hopped into the car, immediately blasting my A/C.

I also wore a navy blue cardigan over this, but with the heat as strong as it was, I didnt put it on until I arrived at my freezing office.
Have a great week!

Yes – definitely an A for effort for you (and Kevin for all that juggling!). I'm very guilty of mainly mirror selfies on my blog – but it's either that or no pics lol! I've already broken one camera on a tripod so am not risking that again!

Good for hubby for holding the baby while taking these pictures! Now that takes skill! You look beautiful. I love your outdoor photos and am looking forward to more every now and again when you guys get the chance! It's hard even when you aren't a mommy so I can only imagine how hectic it can be with a baby in tow 😉

Cute haircut! How much did you cut off?

an inch and a half! 🙂 I really needed to have the dead ends cut off because of the bad ombre color that damaged my ends. Thank goodness my colorist fixed it!
