Please note that this does not include all of the meats and veggies—I freeze most of our meats and we let them thaw out overnight to make the next night for dinner. My freezer is also packed full of frozen veggies (we buy fresh too, but I hate being wasteful and sometimes we don’t always use what we buy so frozen is the way to go in those cases). Our freezer currently has chicken tenderloins, salmon and ground turkey.
The fridge door has some mayonnaise (never use it), some Reeces pieces (I later threw them out because they were expired), red bull (don’t drink it), some other soda (don’t drink it), coffee, basil pesto, balsamic vinaigrette, salad dressing, ketchup, egg beaters, pre-made tuna packs, freeze dried garlic, spray butter and half & half (I use this at work for my morning coffee). The bottom that’s cut off has some beer (my H’s).
Here is what we made for dinner Tuesday night:
The side salad is Arugula with strawberries, bell peppers, walnuts and a balsamic dressing. On Monday night we had oven-baked salmon with pesto with potatoes on the side (the small ones that come in 3 colors).
YUM! What items do you always keep stocked in YOUR fridge?

This is a fun post in a non-creepy voyeuristic way. You refrigerate your canned tuna, that's interesting. I keep mine in the pantry, but when I make tuna salad I always wish it was cold before leaving it in the fridge a while.

I put my tuna in the fridge as well.
I would say that the inside of my fridge looks like yours. I only have frozen fruit right now that I make smoothies with. Also, I always have a couple of cucumbers, broccoli, hummus, green peppers, and tomatoes always in my fridge. Easy to dice up real quick for a healthy snack.
Could you share a few of your favorite recipes please?

I always keep coconut water and yogurt in my fridge. I see you drink the ZICO brand of coconut water my store just started carrying that brand they usually only carry the O.N.E brand which is a little more expensive but I love the different flavors they have.

My contents of my fridge vary weekly, as yours does, but there are some staples I always have on hand: fresh cut-up fruit, Chobani apple cinnamon yogurts, lowfat chocolate milks, baby carrot sticks, cottage cheese, sliced white American cheese, and veggies to make salads.
I love seeing what other people keep in theirs!

In the fridge I always have milk, eggs, Liberte/Brown Cow/Chobani yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, salad fixings, iced coffee, iced tea, wine, beer, diet soda, pickles, olives, and gobs of condiments – we love condiments around here.
In the freezer I always have bread, boneless/skinless chicken breasts, 1 whole chicken for roasting or soup, fish fillets, grass-fed beef (ground and steaks), assorted frozen veggies, ice cream/gelato, a couple of fancy frozen apps I can pop in the oven if unexpected company comes over, and frozen limeade for margaritas.
Don't even get me started on the pantry.

I love arugula too! I think my fridge staples are baby portabello mushrooms and roasted red peppers. My go-to quick meal is a veggie quesadilla so both of those are great for that, but they're also good for salads, sandwiches, pizza, etc. And I just love peppers.

I forgot to ask you what you put in your smoothies with the coconut water?

Fun post! I love all of the things in your fridge although there's not enough wine in there for me – ha!
I go through phases with food… majorly. Meaning I'll go a month where I want the same type of salad dressing on every salad, the same yogurt for a snack, the same type of fruit, etc. Then after that month or so passes, I don't eat those same things again for a long time and switch to other things.
Am I the only weird one who does this!?
[email protected] says
@healthy honey—no, you are not the only one—I totally go through food phases!

I can't find the post where you have your coconut water smoothie recipe. I did use your blog search. What was the blog title? Thanks

I found it. It sounds good I'll have to try it. I make smoothies all the time but I've never added any kind of protein powders to them.
