I recently realized I’ve never posted about the Victoria’s Secret Lacie Thong and it’s about time I give it a little time in the “things I love” spotlight.
Okay, so it’s kind of weird to discuss undies on here, but I feel pretty passionate about these ones for many reasons, and I know a lot of women struggle to find that perfect, comfy pair, so here it goes.
So without further ado, here’s a list of why I love them:
2. They are pretty—sometimes pretty and practical just don’t go together, but with these, you can have the best of both worlds.
3. They are easy to care for and last a long time—I wash them in my regular cycle and then hang dry them. You can put them in the dryer, too, but I hang dry almost everything so it’s just a habit.
4. Did I mention pretty, bright colors? I love that VS continues to offer these in various colors and prints each season. If you’re a frequent shopper, you’ll also occasionally get coupons in the mail for a FREE lacie thong, which is the best thing ever.
Have you tried the VS lacie line? What are your thoughts? Share in the comments below!
xoxo,
Veronika.

I so agree, girl! I own many pairs of these and I LOVE them!

Hi Veronika! I'm a new reader! You are stunning and I really enjoy reading your blog. 🙂
You are 100% right about the VS lacie thongs. I must say though, every stetchy lace thong I've tried (I have tons) are equally as comfy. I even like the $2 ones I got at Charlotte Russe and the ones at American Eagle's aerie are super comfortable too!

I love these! Totally agree on #1… I just got back from the gym and thanks to these undies I can wear my fav workout pants without worrying about panty lines 🙂

I am obsesssssed with them. It's all I wear. I wish they were a tiny bit cheaper :/ But they do last a looooong time like you mentioned 🙂

V this is the ONLY underwear I own. After the first pair, I was in love. I got rid of everything else. They are so comfty and sexy at the same time. Two thumbs up here—I totally agree!

I do like them. I find it weird that they are one size fits all, but I'm about a size 10/12 and they fit well. Best part is I've never paid for a single pair. I have about 3 pairs that I've gotten because of the free pantie coupon. 🙂
Ashley says
Love these too. I don't feel that I can wear them to work though (I'm a nurse, thongs hanging outta your scrubs is kinda inappropriate)… So I like their ruched hip huggers… which I also get for free with mail coupons! yay! 🙂
Healthy Honey says
I actually am not a big fan of these. They are a little too baggy in "that" area… TMI but true. It bums me out too because they have gorgeous colors and patterns.
Stylishly Petite says
I have not tried them before but I do wear the hipster undies they sell for 5/$25 and I LOVE THEM! They are the best that I have found so far, they are the only undies that do not have a panty line. Even the undies that claim they are "no show" still show and these babies don't, even under workout clothes. Did I mention I love them already…
Rebecca S. says
V, I love those too! But, the ones I like to workout in are the gilly hicks stretchy v-strings. OH WOW, they are comfy! totally recommend them : )
Jules says
i agree the One size fits all means they are pretty baggy on me in certain parts. they are definitely the most comfortable though!
Whitney says
I have never tried these. The last time I tried thongs, they were horribly uncomfortable, but now after reading all the comments, I may give them a shot. They are super cute!
Dahnya says
DITTO. Those free coupons are amazing. Is it wrong I never feel guilty for walking in and walking out with JUST my free panties…?

Thanks for the Suave dry shampoo recommendation! Bought it today and absolutely LOVE it! I enjoy reading your blog, but would really like to see you add some color to your daily outfits. Please!

I L-O-V-E hanky pankys so if you think this are comparable, then I will defintiely check them out!

I agree with Healthy Honey. I have the same issue with these. I was so upset when I saw that. I only have one pair and I will not be buying anymore. Maybe it is because I am petite? But being 5'2 and 120 lbs isn't exactly SUPER skinny.
Massiel says
I only have one pair, but they're too big! OS definitely does not fit all.

I have a few of these but I'm a huge fan of hanky pankies because they are a lot softer, feel more expensive and the thongs come in different rises/cuts.
Of course, 18$/pair is a bit steep so I wait for sales at Saks and Nordstrom.

I love these and totally agree with your enthusiastic recommendation. They also make a white lacie with "bride" in rhinestones on it…guess what I am wearing on my wedding day under my dress?! And best part no panty lines in my fit n flare gown!

I LOVE these! I've been slowly replacing all my others with the Lacie

YES!!
I actually just purchased THREE pairs yesterday while outlet shopping – sale for $2.50 EACH. Can you believe that? They only had purple though and I got lucky and found ONE black and ONE nude (literarlly DIGGING through bins to find those and they were the ONLY ones).
I wear these all the time under (tight) pencil skirts and dresses bc they don't show through – soo important. Good call, V!

I bought a pair of these after you mentioned them a few months ago-they're now my favorite and I have a ton, I love them! So thank you for a great recommendation ;)They come out with different patterns every now and then too, which is fun. I got some that were heart shaped lace around valentines day.

I'm with all the other petite ladies. 5'1" and 100lbs and "one size fits all" is way too LONG in the lady region, haha. NOT sexy. I do love the style though!
CC says
Add me to the list of women who can not wear the lacie! They are definitely not one size fits all! They are way too big, and are baggy on me as well. I am 5'2" and 115lbs, so I'm not that small either.
I feel like VS panties run big in general, especially their signature cotton line. Those panties always have the saggy butt syndrome! Since they released the updated style of the cotton line it is a little bit better, but they still run large, in my opinion.
Beautygirl24 says
I own a couple pairs of hanky pankys and these look exactly the same! I really only wear boy shorts now though =)

Are they truly one size fits all? I usually buy size xs panties from La Senza (like vs, but Canadian) and I can't believe that one size would fit all ladies.
Summer says
Yes, LOVE these! I was also confused about the one size fits all when I purchased my first few pairs, but they really do fit perfectly.
Chuck says
I buy the Maidenform (one size fits all) Lace Thong, which is basically a cheaper version of the Hanky Panky and the VS Lacey.
I absolutely LOVE them (and the price: 3/$15).
Colors, sizing, fit/comfort, and no VPL make them my absolute favorite lace underwear.
I highly recommend them if you don't want to pay the Hanky Panky or VS prices.
(I wash and hang dry–or sometimes delicate dry them in a undergarment dryer bag–mine as well. They are good quality for the price.)

These undies def get my vote too! Now can you help me find the perfect bra? 🙂

I wanna try these out! Thanks for the rec!

Target makes some lace thongs that are identical to the VS ones. And they are $4 each!!! I love them!
Rissy says
well… I thought I loved you… then I read this… and it is confirmed. Best undergarments EVER!
I buy 5 new pair each month… yep it's like collecting!
