I have been absolutely smitten with Etsy for a long time. I’ve purchased things for our wedding, for our home and personalized items. In fact, I almost always go to Etsy first when I’m looking for something for Harper. I just find that the designs offered on Etsy are more unique and modern than you’d find on conventional websites and in typical baby stores and boutiques.
I really love to support Etsy businesses because a lot of the women running them are moms who are helping to support their families. It’s really inspiring how successful some of the businesses have become.
Sometimes my readers contact me about checking out their Etsy shops and if I like what I see I always want to help promote their businesses.
Jackie has a shop called Happiness Lives Here and she makes adorable anthropologie-esque little onesie dresses with layered ruffle aprons for baby girls. She also makes hair bows and other cute baby items.

long time reader! Love your blog 🙂 I am wondering if you are going to do a post about changing relationships after baby & dividing up the responsibility. My partner and I are already seeming to bicker about it already…and the baby isn't even here yet!! I have a very demanding career that requires late nights and early mornings. The "deal" sort of with us having a baby was that he would take the lead with child care, at least during the week….
Did you find the changes came naturally or was there a system that worked? I am not taking a mat leave so we need to get some sort of routine sorted out asap! gotta say I'm kinda freaking out!
Hi there! This is a wonderful suggestion for a post, thank you! I think (based on feedback I hear from other parents) that I'm in the monitory and have a husband who truly does his share (and more) but we certainly have our moments of sleep-deprived bickering etc which is totally normal. I'll be sure to post about this when I get a chance to sit down and write it all down. As far as a morning routine, we did establish one and it's working well so far!
