Kevin snapped this picture of us at the park when we were chatting in a train cart and I can’t get over Harper’s sweet smile.
She is at an age right now where she’s so fun and expressive. She’s talking in small sentences and is a chatterbox all day long. I just love that we can communicate in this entirely new way!
It’s azalea time and ours are blooming in full swing! Our HOA takes care of all of the outdoor maintenance work so we always have seasonal flowers. Thank you HOA!
I picked up this sun hat in both navy and white from baby gap recently. She had outgrown her sun hats from last year and they are a must for us with her super fair skin. I like to keep a hat on her pretty much all the time when we are outside in the summer. Hopefully she will comply with wearing them (I’m hopeful since she did well with them when we were in the Bahamas).
After nap time today, we went out for ice cream. I think this is the second or third time she’s ever had it and she was SO happy. I even asked what flavor she wanted and she said “strawberry.” When she was done, she had a little bit of a meltdown because she wanted more. I wonder who she gets her love of sweets from? 😉
I've been lusting over some wunder unders for a while. Sounds like I need to take the plunge!

Ill get this out of the way first…Congrats on getting a rise out of me, I am sure that was the purpose all along as I don't think you really are a person who spends all their time body shaming toddlers online all day.
If you are a person who enjoys body shaming little kids on blogs, television, gossip magazines, etc…then I feel horrible for your family (and god forbid you have any children of your own) that they have to spend any time with such a coward and loser. If you feel so strongly about your comments use your proper name and stand behind your words.
Make fun of me or Veronika all day, really could care less what "anonymous" thinks about me, but that you/whoever constantly make comments about my daughters weight is embarrassing for you.
What a good mama to put a hat on Harper. I se parents all the time walking around with sunglasses and hats while their poor babies and children are unprotected from the sun.
