I love creating little gift baskets for every holiday. It’s something I always looked forward to before I had children so it’s been fun finding just the right items for each holiday.
I thought it would be fun to share some items I think would make for a great addition to any little girl’s Easter basket (alongside the chocolate eggs of course!) I’m not buying all of these for Harper’s basket- some of these things are items we own (and love) and some are wish list items! I’m going to keep her Easter basket pretty tame since I went a little overboard for Valentine’s Day this year!

I like to include a book or two in every basket, usually related to the holiday being celebrated. We already have some fun Easter books including about the meaning behind Easter. happy easter, mouse! Is a favorite of ours.

A few toys or art supplies are always a basket essential— I love all of the egg-shaped options available for Easter- stamps, chalk eggs and play-doh eggs! We also have the Boo with bunny ears from Harper’s first-ever basket and it is adorable (also a great choice for younger babies as it’s a smaller plush)!
I was smitten with these bunny nesting dolls this year. Such a fun toy for toddlers and they double as colorful room decor— would be precious displayed on a shelf or dresser.

I love a good Easter dress— and this seersucker one by Cuteheads will wear perfectly all through summertime! Gap has some adorable sunglasses, bunny shoes and Easter PJ’s that would be perfect for a little girl’s basket.
I also included some adorable heart-shaped leather hair clips by WillowCrowns. They’re incredibly versatile and can be worn all year long!

I’ve already professed my love for Target’s Pillowfort line and we just love this unicon head. Such a cute addition to a girl’s room or nursery. I’m working on a gallery wall for Harper’s room and I got this flamingo print to frame. I love watercolor pieces and can’t wait to see it on her wall!

An Easter basket isn’t an Easter basket without some candy! We love the Annie’s brand organic bunny fruit snacks so I’ll add some of those to Harper’s basket. We also participate in a community egg-hunt each year so the rest of her treats will come from that event.
This year I’m also adding a new toothbrush (it’s good to change them out every three months or so) and Aquafresh Kids Bubblemint Paste. We have a dentist appointment coming up in April (Harper goes twice a year) so I’m trying to give her even more motivation to look forward to brushing and Aquafresh’s kids toothpaste has its signature three colors which Harper loves (like a mini rainbow on your toothbrush!) Though it has fun colors, the best part is that Aquafresh® toothpaste is all about SAP (Sugar Acid Protection) which is so important for kids as their teeth are developing.
I’m also going to be adding Aquafresh’s new toothpaste, Aquafresh® Multi-Action Whitening to my brushing routine (morning and night, using a Sonicare, if you’re curious!) I definitely need the cavity protection since I eat a lot of sweets (hello, Oreos). Flouride in the toothpaste helps to strengthen and shield teeth against sugar acid attack from everyday foods and drinks, the key cause of cavities. I only use whitening toothpaste, since I can’t use any leave-0n whitening products while nursing. You can click here for Aquafresh® toothpaste coupons if you’d like to try it out for yourself! You can also follow Aquafresh® toothpaste on Facebook here and on Twitter here.
Thanks for reading and I hope you find just the perfect items for your little one’s Easter basket!
