I feel like this off the shoulder trend is never going away — and I don’t want it to. I have enjoyed it so much that a very large percentage of my summer closet is OTS tops and dresses (galore!)
This is one of the more “formal” OTS tops I own, but I love how it offsets denim and summer shorts and gives an outfit a little bit of a romantic vibe. It would be such a fantastic date night pick! So many of you DM’d me on Instagram when I shared a preview of this top so I’m glad to finally be blogging it!
Did I mention this top costs just $13? Yay! Mine is a medium.white lace OTS top | heels | shorts (love these and these for $35) (more options here) | sunnies (more karen walker here) | similar bags here | earrings

How is the quality from Shein? I’ve seen many things I loved but was hesitate!
That top is adorable and the price can’t be beat!
Honestly — it’s a hit or miss. I’ve had several items from there that are good quality or similar to what I would find at other stores and others that were not great fit or quality that I didn’t even bother sharing on my blog. For trendy/seasonal items, I’m okay with mid-level quality since they’ll likely be worn for a season. Having said that, I don’t share items on my blog unless I would actually recommend them. The fit, style and quality (for the price) has to be acceptable. I hope this helps 🙂
Ok. I’ve got to ask. From one mom to another. How on earth do you get these tops to work when you are chasing around youngsters? I mean don’t get me wrong, I love them. But everyone I’ve tried has popped up off my shoulders just on a casual date night so wearing these around my very active children has me laughing. Anyway, do they stay put for you (please be honest)? Any tips or tricks you use to get the off the shoulder tops to work for when you are chasing toddlers?
I just adjust as needed. I don’t wear them to hang around the house or anything — just on weekends when we are out and about running errands 🙂
