Fall Favorites for the Office

Finding staples for the office is so key because they’re the pieces you’ll re-wear again and again and remix with the rest of your wardrobe. I love to layer at the office, especially since they keep ours so cold.

I recently found a beautiful blazer that’s structured but made from a softer fabric and a dove gray duster/long cardigan that can be worn with skirts and pants alike, both from Nordstrom. Nordstrom has a ton of beautiful options for the office right now and many pieces are ones that transition well into weekend wear, too! I’ll start with the blazer — it has such fantastic texture and the color is so neutral that it truly works with most other colors in your wardrobe. I started carrying this bag to the office this week and it’s actually the perfect size. It fits everything from file folders to my wallet, sunglasses case a bottle of water, etc. It even comes with a matching pouch — I keep my pens and some lip balm in it! My next find is this long duster/cardigan. I love the light gray color — it works paired with neutrals and can be an anchor piece for an outfit that features some brighter colors or bold patterns. It’s also super lightweight and soft. It comes with a belt — I chose to tie mine back here, but you could also tie it at the front for a different look!
