Every fall, we visit Old MacDonald’s Farm in Humble to visit the pumpkin patch, feed the animals and go on pony rides. This was Lincoln’s first year to go as a walking, talking toddler, so it was extra fun for all of us!
We were thrilled to finally (no really, FINALLY) get some cooler weather in Houston last week so I was able to dress the kids in some warmer clothes I ordered from Nordstorm a couple of weeks ago. They have the cutest clothes for toddlers and Nordstrom always offers free shipping and returns, so no worries if you’d like to order more than one size for kiddos that grow like weeds.
on lincoln: marled grey tee | varsity jacket | adidas shoes | boys skinny jeans options here, here, here, here and here
on harper: leopard dress | leggings | hunter boots
on me: striped tee (and here) | hunter boots | sunnies | jacket | scarf | jeans (love this velvet version!) | necklace
Harper wore a leopard sweater dress dress by Splendid — I love how soft and lightweight it is. It’s not quite cold enough for heavy sweater dresses, so this one gave just enough warmth without feeling like too much. I paired them with leggings, but Nordstrom has a great selection of tights for girls too. We’re big fans of Hunter boots in our family and there is no better shoe choice for the farm (note to self: order Hunters for Linc ASAP!)
Lincoln wore the cutest varsity jacket by one of my favorite brands Nordstrom carries, Tucker + Tate. I love how it’s a little bit preppy but the grey/black/white combo gives it a little edge. I’m obsessed with skinny jeans for boys — check out some options I’ve linked below. I think they look so cute on little boys over baggier styles.
These photos were taken with Kevin’s new iPhone and I can’t believe the difference in the camera — that portait mode is totally addictive!
I hope you all had a great weekend! PS- how cute are these holiday jammies? Adding them to my wish list!

Thank you Nordstrom for sponsoring this post and thank you for your support, which allows me to work with brands I love!

Next year y’all should try Dewberry Farm! They have a corn maze, hay rides, flower picking and so many games for the kids! You would love it.
