Holiday-Inspired Tops for the Office

I know y’all love when I focus on looks for the office, so today I’m sharing two work wear-friendly tops from Nordstrom that are a little more festive — perfect for the holidays! They’re both totally versatile and could also be worn to a holiday party or date night.

Nordstrom always has free shipping + returns, so it’s one of my favorite destinations for holiday style and gifting. And while we’re on the topic of office wear, if you’re a working mom like me (or a stay at home mom or just really busy), you’ll appreciate that Nordstrom has a order online and pick up in-store option (I’ve used this a ton myself). You can buy online and do curbside pick-up or pop into the store. It’s super convenient and a great way to beat the crowds this holiday season. Plus, curbside pick-up means you can save getting your kiddos in and out of their car seats, which is truly a holiday miracle, haha. Let’s start with this ruffle sleeve dot top. The style is beyond perfect and comes with a tank built into it (huge bonus!) This top runs a little short, so size up if you’re taller. I styled it tucked into a black pencil skirt because it felt really dressy that way — but it would pair equally well with black skinny pants (like these). I added a classic nude heel, but it would also look amazing with these or these for a holiday party.

The dots on this top on the mesh-like fabric create a lot of texture and the tiered ruffle sleeves make it even more fun! It’s sold out in this color but it also comes in a a beautiful emerald, red (so perfect for the season!) and black (always a fab option).

Velvet is pretty much only a fall/winter fabric, so I try to purchase an item every season to bring that texture into my wardrobe.
