Good morning (or evening if you’re reading then) and happy Monday! It’s hard to believe the first month of 2018 is almost coming to an end.
I’m sharing two office-friendly finds today that I purchased at Nordstrom — and both are under $40! I love finding affordable items to mix and match with pricier pieces in my wardrobe, like my beloved suede moto jacket.
My two finds are this $39 ribbed knit dress and this $29 lace trim cami. I’m going to show the dress styled a few ways because I think it would be great for the office with a cardigan, shawl or blazer but also versatile enough for a date night paired with an edgier jacket or worn sleeveless with statement earrings. My dress is a size small and fits TTS. black ribbed knit dress (comes in 4 colors!) see another similar option here | earrings | necklace (here too) | sunnies | moto jacket | similar leopard heels (adore this block heel)
Adding some statement earrings and a leopard clutch makes this dress date night or special occasion ready! These earrings are seriously stunning I love turquoise especially for spring and summer. Now onto this gorgeous lace trim cami. I actually couldn’t believe the price on this tank because I’ve seen similar ones sell for $50 and above (mine is a size medium – go one size up on this one). Though I styled it with jeans, I plan to wear this to work with navy slacks and a blazer or cardigan over it. Another feature I love — it has adjustable straps — perfect if you’re taller and need a little extra length!lace trim cami | earrings | similar bag (also majorly crushing on this clutch) | jeans | sunnies | blush cardigan | striped heels I hope y’all liked these recent Nordstrom finds — not only are these prices amazing, but they also come with free shipping and returns, always,

I normally love your outfit choices, but this is far from work appropriate. A lacy cami and ripped jeans? I do love both of those pairs of heels, though

I would never wear ripped jeans to work! We can’t wear jeans at all. I just styled it this way to show it works well with jeans too- I would wear it with navy slacks, hella and a cardigan or blazer to work. I don’t think the cami is not appropriate for work when something ia worn over it and of course if you’re not showing cleavage.
