I have scoured and stalked the Banana Republic website for this shirt, but y’all, it’s just not there and I don’t know if it ever was. It IS available (and on sale!) in this beautiful solid pink color that reminds me of the nail color “minimalistic” by Essie, but alas, the gingham is nowhere to be found. I also realized that you’re supposed to tie the sleeves, like on the model, but I quite like them undone.
This top is perfect for the office or weekends and has the sweetest buttons up the back, which is a fun added detail. I know I sound like a broken record, but I love finding tops that are nice enough for work but easy enough for weekends, they’re a win-win and there’s nothing I appreciate more than versatility. This top (if you can find it in store) or its solid-pink counterpart would also be absolutely lovely for Easter.
My heels are also from BR and they’re such a great leopard pattern. Not all leopard prints are alike and this one stood out to me as a nicer one among all of the choices out there.

Just noticed a couple of the comments for this top on the BR site say it ships in the gingham not solid, so I think Banana messed up!
