Hello and Happy Friday! Lots to share this week, so let’s get started!

I will be working on posts over the next few weeks covering our trip to Seaside where we were generously hosted by the Coast is Clear home that is part of of the Homeowner’s Collection of homes. We loved it so much, we’re going to plan another trip there next summer. Perfect beaches, turquoise waters, white sands, lots to do for kids and just a 9 hour drive away (we wll drive next time). I will share more photos from our trip, the places we ate, activities we did and the home we stayed in – stay tuned!

This may seem like a blogger fail, but I haven’t had much time to think about the Nordstrom Anniversary sale since we were on vacation…but I saw the 2018 catalog and can’t wait to shop this year!
As always, I’ll publish a blog post with my early picks the morning early access begins (July 12 – you must be a Nordstrom cardholder to shop early access – totally worth it because stuff sells out like crazy!) Then, I’ll be at the store the moment it opens to make my purchases, do some try-ons and shoot looks later that day with my top recommendations. Below is a calendar of the sale dates for both early access (cardholders) and regular access when the sale is open to anyone with or without a card.I know this sale can seem overwhelming – but it’s truly the best time of year to shop for classics/staples and designer items. I love the athletic shoes they’ve got this year too. It’s also a great time to stock up on bras, undies, bath robes – even home decor! I got my Barefoot Dreams blanket during the sale last year and it has been my favorite purchase…EVER! For those not familiar with the sale – this is all NEW fall merchandise that is sold at a discounted rate during the sale, after which, prices go up again.

My best advice for the sale is to shop early and over-order. I know that sounds intense, but items and sizes sell out quickly so if I’m unsure, I just order two sizes. Nordstrom has free shipping and returns, so no worries about having to send things back if they don’t work. I was kicking myself last year for not ordering a pair of blush flats with a bow that were so cute…by the time I went to get them, totally sold out! They came back eventually at full price and I think they sold out then, too!

K I D S  B A T H  U P D A T E
I ordered this wallpaper that I shared a few weeks ago because it was 20% off during their 4th of July sale. I also ended up ordering this mirror in the small size, I’ve wanted it forever. The mirror that is in their bathroom now is the same as the ones we have in our master bedroom and it’s a smidge too large for that space. I like how it looks, but I think this mirror will be an even better fit!

Y O U R  T O P  B U Y S  I N  J U N E
It’s no surprise that Native deodorant was a top seller again this month (hello, hot, sweaty summer). I’m working on a full review for y’all, but I’m seeing a lot of you are buying it (and hopefully loving it as much as I do).

This white eyelet top was another popular item y’all scooped up – perfect for summer!

I wasn’t at all surprised to see these bow sandals were a huge hit – y’all opted for the less pricey dupe (yay!) I wore them on our entire Seaside trip and they’re perfect and go with everything. The exact ones I have are these bow sandals.

Y’all loved shopping the Hi Sugarplum x Gibson collection when it launched last month!

This eyelet sleeve tee was another favorite – I adore mine and wear it to work and on the weekends!

I was zero percent surprised that so many of y’all scooped up this amazing under $40 ruffle swimsuit. It’s uber flattering and fully lined – you can’t beat the price for that level of quality!

The pink luggage we got for Harper was a popular item – it held up well as a carry-on on our recent trip and I adore the sprinkle lining!

The heels that I declared “the sandals of summer” and perfect for the office were so loved by y’all – I wear mine to work all the time and they’re very comfortable.

Lastly, some of you purchased my holy-grail will cry if it ever get discontinued lip gloss that I wear daily. It’s $12 and the BEST shade of pink with a slight hint of lilac.

I think this top got more swipe ups than any item I’ve shared in recent memory. Wowza! I checked the site the next day and several sizes were out of stock (OMG!) I love it so much and I know why y’all do to! The colorful details are SO GOOD!
