look by J.Crew pink dress | Harper has this dress in pink and strawberry print and it’s SO cute! It does fit a bit large if you’re ordering it for your girl, FYI! Most people don’t know J.Crew has a kids line on amazon – I’ve found the quality to be great!
More Beautiful – Mark D. Sikes | This book, much like his first, is totally stunning. Beautiful imagery and a great read too. Plus, it looks so pretty on your coffee table and will signal to others that you have good taste, haha 🙂
B12 & Methylfolate | I started to take this supplement recently because these are two very important ingredients for energy and health. I have an MTHFR mutation, so I really need to be taking methylfolate daily. I don’t love that it’s a chewable (I didn’t notice when ordering) BUT I just chew one right before drinking my morning coffee – super simple!
Kerasal intensive foot repair | I purchased this because dermatologist Dr. Dray on YouTube recommended it. I apply it a coupe of nights a week before bed (after showering) and wear socks so it doesn’t get all over the place (it’s an ointment – so very rich!) Keeps heels and feet smooth and helps exfoliate.
Dermaplaning tool | I usually purchase the Tinkle facial razors but decided to try these – they’re both great! I think I like the tinkle ones a little better, but just by a smidgen. If you’re not already “shaving your face” you truly need to be. Trust me on this and join me on the baby soft skin side.
Tangle Teaser brush | TIBAL recommended this brush and WHOA! I’m a Wet Brush devotee, but this one is fantastic. You know how brushes with the little nubs at the end of the bristles get that gross build up? This brush doesn’t have those nubs, so it doesn’t get that weird build up. I still clean my brushes all the time, but I love how this works and use it on both wet and dry hair.
Gold spray paint | I love that this is a gold leaf finish and it is used and recommend by a lot of professional furniture refinishers. I used this on the hardware for Harper’s new nightstands.
Electrical pencil sharpener | I got this to sharpen the kid’s pencil crayons. They love to color and draw and the pencils get super dull quickly. This does the job quickly and I taught Harper to use it and she loves it. We keep it stored away and sharpen all of the pencil crayons at once.
Smarty Pants kids vitamins | These are really pricey but the kids love them. Since they’ve been home since March, I really wanted to build up their immune systems, so we started these a couple of months ago. The dose is four gummies per day. I took the adult version of these vitamins while I was nursing too!
Odor buster balls | We keep these at the bottom of our pull-out trash bins in our kitchen and they help absorb gross odors. I hate scented trash bags (HATE) so these are a great alternative if you don’t want your trash can smelling like chemical lavender or “fresh linen” every time you open it.
Scissors + kids scissors | Do scissors go missing in your house too? Because we seem to have a regular shortage. I ordered some more scissors for both kids and us so we can have extras on hand because the amazon packages don’t open themselves. The kids ones are great for all of their crafting and creative projects. Both kids use them with ease.
Oil and acrylic painting paper | I haven’t used this yet, but I’d love to start painting again both on my own and with the kids. I have a collection of acrylic paints and hope I can create some pretty art for our home.
ZitSticka zit killer | These patches are great for emerging pimples or one that has just popped up out of nowhere. They’re super expensive so I try to only use them on pimples I know will become a freaking disaster. They’re clear and have little micro-needles to get deep into those face monsters.
Blackhead remover device | I’m not sure I’ve fully found the best technique for this device, but it basically helps get the gunk out of your pores (blackheads). You run it over sections of your clean face on wet skin and you can literally see the gunk coming out of your pores. I mostly use this on my nose and chin since that’s where I have some congestion.
Ordinary Love | This book is illustrated by one of my favorite artists (Teil Duncan) and I love the story.
Lemon Aid conditioner | This conditioner is the real deal. I use it on Harper’s hair post-swim (and even without swimming) and it makes it noticeably smoother and softer. It works.
Neck & shoulder heating pad | I love heating pads. I’m using one as I type this (#cramps). This one is for the neck and shoulders where I carry most of my tension and I use it at night when I watch TV. LOVE.
Memory foam chair support | This is a game-changer for my comfort. I was using a regular decorative pillow on the back of my chair but was always uncomfortable. This comes with a cushion you sit on that supports your tailbone and makes it so much more comfortable to sit all day. Tt also comes with a support for your lower back and even just using it for one day of working from home, I can tell a massive difference.
Microfiber headbands | I got these for when I wash my face and use masks, to avoid getting my hair line wet, Bonus: the bow is super cute and no one can judge you from the comfort of your own home.
Clear kids hair elastics | I like these better than the Goody ones from Target. They seem stronger and you get so many for such a low price – way more economical.
Glytone keratosis pilaris treatment | Skin care guru Jordan Harper recommended this for treating KP. I never really cared to fix mine, but it’s getting worse as I age (on my upper arms and upper legs) and I just want to get rid of it. I will keep you all posted, but I trust everything Jordan says.
Shark vacuum (again!!!) | This vacuum lasted me exactly three years to the day, but I love it so much I ordered it again. Our current one still “works” about as much as a bear in hibernation, but it’s on its last breaths and makes weird noises now and the suction is messed up. I do feel it should have lasted longer, but for as often as I use it (multiple times a week for quick rug vacuums), there was no time to spare and I needed it now. It arrives today.
Clear makeup containers/organizers | Some of my makeup containers have mysteriously broken (perhaps I closed the drawer too swiftly too many times), so I ordered these to replace some of my broken ones. I like that you can use the containers that work best for YOUR products since no one has the same makeup products – this way you can totally customize your configuration based on how many foundations you obsessively hoard (no judgment).
Have a great week!
