I haven’t looked at Nordstrom’s website since the anniversary sale because I was waiting for new arrivals to get excited about fall. I always find August to be a weird month because it’s still so hot here, so realistically I should still be shopping for summer weather but my brain is already headed into fall.
I put together this edit with pieces that excite me – from everyday tops (including some I’d wear to the office!), denim, sneakers and booties. Notice I’m into a lot of neutrals right now – I think these pieces can transition so well into the next season and be layered under your blazers, jackets, cardigans, etc.
I haven’t purchased new booties in years – I still have a pair I’m wearing from years ago – but this year I’d love to find the perfect pair with a lower heel – I thought the ones I highlight in this post might be a good fit!
I’m also including some recent workwear finds I love – I know many are back in the office or just wanting to add some new pieces to their work wardrobe!
